Wx Unicode 4.1.0 crashes on removing entry with KB editor #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Adapt It Wx Unicode Vn 4.1.0, 2009-01-31 and open an existing 
project.
2. With the phrase box on the word "ngwo", do Tools->KB editor. It opens 
with "ngwo" selected. 
3. Operate the Remove button. A warning pops up, that three instances of 
"ngwo" will become inconsistent. Say Yes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the KB editor to remove the meaning that was selected, but the 
program crashed. See attached screen shot and error log.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wx Unicode 4.1.0, 2009-01-31, on Windows XP Pro, SP 3.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is repeatable.

This is a known issue and has been fixed in the repository and in the 
forthcoming
version 4.1.1 update.
