Fixed by switch to jsdoc3

Still needs some work. In particular:

jsdoc page widths need padding
jsdoc tables don't have wrapping/scrolling (see this page: https://adapt-security.github.io/adapt-authoring-documentation/backend/jsonschema.JsonSchemaModule.html)
homepage needs sorting
