Provide way to return to dashboard in one click #283

Feature description

I frequently find myself returning to the dashboard. At present I have to open the burger menu (top left) and click dashboard. A button directly in the nav bar would make this navigation easier. The 'Adapt authoring tool' text could instead be made a link for this purpose.

Can you work on this feature?
