dev-init file added to repo, just needs hooking up to the CLI and testing (dev init process probably also needs a bit of a rethink).
[ ] Remove branches flag and enable only in dev mode
[ ] Dev mode theme
[ ] Selective download of local modules & linking (is npm link suitable for this? - will mean devs can't install a completely clean copy of the AAT while local modules are linked). Could potentially manually symlink modules and add a dev-update function to bulk update these via git.
[ ] Add some useful dev params to config file (production: false, extra logging etc. )
