gym deprecated, use gymnasium #205

Hi there, I maintain qdax on conda-forge. The gym package that qdax currently has in its requirements.txt is not maintained anymore, and all development has shifted to the drop-in gymnasium. Could this be reflected?

Hi @Tobias-Fischer, Thank you very much for maintaining our library on conda-forge! Indeed, we should definitely make the switch, I will change that by next Wednesday.
