Allow for more spaceships #68

they will execute the same program (but each spaceship need its own execution thread, because of branching depending on external conditions)
synchronization via action blocks (they all take 1 action simultaneously)

(Ideas for future: selectable spaceships - the code stepping will be shown for the selected spaceship)

Maybe some other extensions should get higher priority (better ration "added effect / implementation complexity"), e.g., multiple wormholes or simple enemies.
