End to end tests are needed on the menu page #167

Subject of the issue/enhancement/features

Now that e2e tests are run on PR creation we should add to these. This issue is specifically directed at tests for the menu page

This is currently blocked until issue 3 of https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt_framework/issues/3472 is resolved (Resolve the issue of loading json from the outputdir for cypress jobs)
