Accessibility: Previous and Next button labels are announced twice #268

Subject of the issue

When using a screenreader (ex. JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), the previous and next button labels are read out twice. For example, VoiceOver reads the next button as:

Forward to Narrative item 3 (item 3 of 3), button. Forward to Narrative item 3 (item 3 of 3), You are currently on a button. To click this button, press Control-Option-Space.
