rcsbsearch version in pyproject.toml #62

Since the RCSB development has been stalled, don't think there is a reason to add the latest version in the dependency. Have removed the exception and also the documentation for a manual install otherwise.

this would only work for local installation -- pypi doesn't accept git dependencies

Oh right. Do you want to add wheel of the particular rcsbsearch version? It's not a nice solution though. So feel free to close this to leave it as it is.
