Option for Countdown #202

Add an option in the settings so you can switch it from a count upward toward 
the goal, to a countdown timer.

For instance if I want to study for 1 hour, I would set one hour and it would 
start counting backwards 59:59 down to 0:00. It really does the same thing, it 
would just be easier to see how much time you have left at a quick glance.

This is the same as 193 - sorry I searched before submitting and somehow I 
missed it!
