Add timers for subtasks #519

I am a doctor and I am using task timer to keep track of how much time I spend 
with each patient.  It would be nice if I could start a subtask timer to keep 
track of the time I spend on different parts of their visit.

Example:

Task    Mrs. Jones visit time               40min
   subtask    History Taking                (10min)
   subtask    physical exam                  (10min)
   subtask    splint application              (10min)
   subtask    discharge instructions           (10min)
