Split Timer / Lap Timer functionality (with ability to assign a name to each split) #536

I would like to request a split timer (Lap Timer) with the following outlined 
functionality.

1. Like other lap timers, provide a split button
2. For every split, automatically create a "split name" or "task name" text box 
which the user can choose to fill (or leave blank)
3. Also provide an export to .csv functionality.

use case:
I find this useful when timing myself for individual questions on a test.
