Progress bar animation for indefinite tasks #552

Hi Schuyler, 
I just started using your tool, like it so far. I am using it to track how much 
time I spend on daily routines - I didn't define goals, all my tasks are 
indefinite. 

As these tasks are "indefinite" the progress bar animation doesn't really make 
sense. So it might be better to disable that animation for such tasks.

Unfortunately, the animation is built-in to Chrome, and I can't disable it. 
What I will do in the future, however, is allow the progress bar to be disabled 
entirely.
