What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Displaying the time for the current task in the notification window on the
desktop so the browser does not have to be opened to check the time remaining.

Currently the notifications window is empty.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome (latest) on Windows 8.
