Add "Mark as Completed" in the Task Progress #573

The progress bar keeps moving. I'd like to request for a tick box that would 
mark a task as "completed" so that I can easily track the tasks I've done, and 
which ones are still in progress.

When a task is marked as "completed," the task progress bar shouldn't be moving.
Describe your idea (be detailed!)
Do you have multiple requests? Make individual reports for each.
