Setting Times #597

Describe your idea (be detailed!)
Do you have multiple requests? Make individual reports for each.

Would like to be able to manually set times. This would be helpful since 
sometimes I forget to start timing a task, but I would still like to log the 
time in this application.

You can already do this, just double-click on a task's current time or goal.
