Wheni select ONE task to be excluded from Totals row...ALL GET EXCLUDED

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.just create multiple tass
2.select one of them and change task settings to ""exclude THIS task from 
Totals""
3.Totals for all tasks will go 00.00.00

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
