App already open #649

Error on restore/refresh tabs:
The app is already open. If this appears to be incorrect, press the reload 
button below. Task Timer will be reloaded as if you closed Chrome.

Reload the app *** does not work...tab closes

Same with me sometimes so I just reopen chrome, but then 10+ hours gets added 
to a recent task even though I am certain I pressed stop before I closed the 
window the day before. See attached, 14 hours were added when I reopened at 9am.
