Describe your idea (be detailed!)

Is there a way to set up groups of tasks that can be repeated, but hidden if 
not in use?
I'd like to use this for my students and myself, but I need to have different 
tasks visible... They don't need to see my timers, and I have different types 
of classes that would need different tasks... confusing if they are all showing.
1. archive option?
2. Hide option?
3. Set up two timer set ups?  (so you can group similar tasks together and 
reuse them?
