Keep timing after goal reached

Now if a goal is reached the task stops and so does the counting/timing. 
It would be very valuable and insightful if I could see how long it actually 
takes before I finish a task. 

Example: I want to finish 'task A' in 1 hour. But the actual time I need to 
finish it is 1 and a half hour. If the plugin could register that, I know for 
the next time it takes that much time. Also I can use this info to show my 
boss/customer where the extra time goes.

You can already do this, just disable "Don't allow tasks to go over their 
goals" and "Stop a task when it reaches its goal" in the settings.
