Time spent surpassing goal time #92

I love the task timer, but i'd like the time spent to be able to surpass the 
goal.

This way I can see if a task took me more time then my original estimate.

This feature already exists. Simply turn off the "Don't allow task times to go 
over their goals" setting in the settings menu.
