Fix CtrlP and Tab Completion #24

Reason for Change

CtrlP was mapped to tab and tab was mapped to CtrlP.
This is a ridiculous way to live.
Plus, it made pairing very difficult with other normal people.

Changes:

Removed vestigial snipMate stuff, which was mapped to <tab>.
Map CtrlP to <CtrlP>.

Note: Addresses #20
