Gather data for water needs and plant size #15

Factors to consider:

I think we can assume that if it's a flowering plant, the owner will want it to flower, etc. I envision the water needed to be grabbed from the data, and set as the starting value for the slider. Then the user can lower or raise it if they really want a barely surviving plant! This will also allow the user to adjust for expected rain and evaporation, so we don't have to get that data.

I do like the idea of considering potted or in-the-ground. (What do you mean by bare root?)

@adasilva Sorry about that. I meant potted vs. in-the-ground. I wrote down "bare root" accidentally because I was researching whether I'd like to buy a bare root plant online. Oops!

I like your idea of having a starting point to be pre-filled and then the user can adjust. On the slider, we can have values that warn them if the water amount they selected is out of range (as in, if the plant is most likely going to die if you go below a certain point.) But we don't have to do that immediately.

@lindawsol " On the slider, we can have values that warn them if the water amount they selected is out of range" Love it! I'm going to open a new issue for converting s/m/l to a slider.
