Filter component support for dates, text, categories

Dates

• Should let the user select a start date and an end date (both can be undefined) (suggestion: chakra-dayzed-datepicker).
• Should work similar to the current number filter.
• Should be sortable

Text

• Should not have a dropdown

Categories

• Should have a dropdown
• Should not allow user text input
