!crusade -- because we want to know when one is due! #18

A crusade gives players about 2 hours to prepare once it has started. The bot can be manually seeded by somebody and a timer can be started to continually announce about the crusade as it draws closer.

A holy crusade shall proceed in 2 hours, 3 minutes, and 9 seconds.
A holy crusade shall proceed in 42 minutes and 54 seconds.
A holy crusade shall proceed in 9 seconds.
The ongoing crusade shall end in 2 hours, 36 minutes, and 11 seconds.

In-game time format examples
