EPA test cannot be created with ICMP+TCP connect protocol set #3

For both ICMP and ICMP+TCP connect the protocol is set to ICMP. Additionally in the ICMP+TCP Connect mode, the probeMode is set to auto however this setting thsi value in the post request to create new test doesn't set the protocol of the newly created test to ICMP+TCP connect.
