Some streams stall after a few seconds

Some streams stall after a few seconds of playback. Logs show timeouts. This is happening a few weeks already. Sometimes they do play normally. Not sure why.

Logs can 100% reproduce currently. Logs are attached.

System

Addon version: 0.4.10+matrix.1
Kodi version: 20.1
Inputstream adaptive version: 20.3.9.1
Operating System (Windows / Mac OS / Android / LibreElec / OSMC / ...): LibreElec nightly (upgraded from 11.0.1 to troubleshoot but did not help). Also tested with CoreElec box few weeks ago, same issue.
Special Hardware (RPI / Vero4K+ / ...): RPI4
- ISP: Telenet - may be relevant as I see the streams are served from telenet-ops.be in the logs?

This is still an issue, am I the only one?

I did a clean install with CoreElec, same issue. Attaching the log file here: kodi.log

When I wget those same urls from my PC, they download fine each time...

I have no idea why this could be happening. Are you perhaps running any VPN software, or network wide ad-blocking software (like pihole)?

No, I even tested it with Proximus hotspot but the issue is the same. Can you reproduce for the same episode?

I'm not using Kodi anymore actually (since GoPlay has an Android TV app, I just use my Chromecast).

I've tried it on my PC (on Kodi 20.2), and I can confirm that I also see the stream stall. I'm wondering if it might be related to a change in Kodi 20.
