Plugin settings "no categories available" #80

I have just installed the latest version (plugin.video.viervijfzes-0.4.1.zip) on kodi 18.9 on coreelec platform) and when starting a video or going to plugin settings I can't enter my credentials.

The settings for goplay only display 'No categories available'. Even 'defaults' on the right hand side has no effect.

I also tried installing an older version (0.3), but same issue.

How can I manually add the authentication? Or how to fix it? I don't see much in the logfiles:

I think you might have a to low settings level, although I think this only applies on Kodi 19, and the settings don't have an expert level or something. Still it might be worth looking into.
