Add testing framework #10

This PR includes:

Sanity checks: pylint/tox/flake8
Fixes to pylint/flake8
Unit tests (none included yet)
Integration tests
Coverage and SonarCloud support
GitHub CI workflows
Makefile to run tests and create a ZIP file

A lot of changes were made to:

Conform to PEP8
Conform to naming standards
Conform to indentation rules
Conform to import order rules
Use dict.get(key) rather than dict[key]
Add future statements

This PR includes basic routing tests, which requires credentials.

Apart from the disabled pylint tests, I think there is room for cleaning up the kodiwrapper (does not need to be a class) and simplifying the structure (enums/enums and helpers probably could be in a flat file structure).
