Perhaps it is worth writing Shape somewhere to the left or above. However, now, when you hover over the button, a message (Predefined shpes are initialized...) appears and it becomes clear what you are working with. Add the option axisymmetric and read (or predefined and from file). And read will have nontrivial interactions with other options like grid and refractive index input.
