make page size buttons #17

It would be nice to have buttons (or drop down list) to specify the page size, like the most used sizes world wide (all in mm): A4 = 210 × 297 A3 = 297 × 420 letter = 216 × 279 legal = 216 × 356 PS: sorry I don't how to use labels

I started adding a default button and margins, see my margin branch

I finally commited this to the repository. Sorry that it took me two years, I was not sure how to use the API and then forgot about this.

Now that I know how to use the UI widgets, I will add margin and plotter marks as well.
