Feature request add margin option #19

because the cutting plotter can not cut so close the the page edge it would be nice if one could enter a margin for left 1cm, right 1 cm, top 1cm, bottom 4 cm

I did start a margin branch as a test... right now I only have the GUI... any idea what would be the best way of implementing it? I thought about creating islands on the empty page for the margins maybe? Any better ideas?

I have added a Margin option finally. It is just one length for all the four borders because I hope this suits most printers/devices and does not occupy too much space in the UI. Is it okay? Sorry that it took me this long.
