What tool i have to use for flash this bios ?

You'd need hardware with a I2C bus. The recommended one for this job is the CH341a programmer + some soic8 clips to connect to the BIOS chip.

But i guess a Bus Pirate or Raspberry Pi also could do the job, since it has the I2C bus.
