[BUG] Cookie isn't accessible when the browser is running #392

Describe the bug It doesn't have the cookies.txt file when I run it, and it seems like the Cookies file is being used and locked by the browser.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open browser.
  2. Run the executable.
  3. cookies.txt not found in vault.zip

Expected behavior I think we can suspend the browser and stole it.

Additional context All of the victims use Chrome, I don't know if any other browser have the same problem, but it should do because it's Chromium-based? I don't really know.

Sometimes it does take the cookie, sometimes doesn't.
