'pyinstaller' is not recognized as an internal or external command [BUG] #402

Describe the bug When running build.bat, getting this error message after inputting webhook url and selecting options. I have python installed and clicked on the install_python.bat given in the folder.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'empyrean-main'
Click on 'build.bat'
Follow instructions
See error

Expected behavior Program would run and I get the dist folder.

Uninstalling and Reinstalling python fixed the issue for me.
