ClearType tuner fails to render properly

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
cttune.exe

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have Windows 7 (tested on 64-bit SP1)
2. Run cttune.exe (via control panel or directly)
3. Try to set up cleartype

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Original MS Cleartype rendering is expected. GDIPP renders text instead, 
effectively denying cleartype tuning.

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.9.1 Windows 7 SP1 64-bit

This addition to exclude section of gdipp_setting.xml fixes the bug:

        <process>cttune\.exe</process>
