Make the hub username & password stuff be loaded from config files.

Right now, broadcasting to the byond hub is hardcoded. If you want to change the name of the server, or broadcast the server on a different username, you have to dive into the code and recompile to do it. Hardcoding things like this is terrible programming practice.

This issue needs to be re-evaluated for relevance.
