Add the rest of the job spawns #15

Not every job has a spawn for it. Every job needs a spawn for it added so that people don't spawn at arrival shuttle when they play certain jobs.

Which jobs still do this? give me a list and I will fix it.

We need Hydroponics I know that. A quick look at the map should get you on track though

I've added Clown and Mime spawns. Does botanist still need a spawn or did I already do that?

This is old and not needed because new map and spawn points everywhere. However there is the issue of the clown and mime not existing in this version (commented out). When enabled they will need spawn points. I'm thinking their objects still exist but they don't have anywhere to go in the current map. What are we going to do about our current stock map anyways?

Disable it and use rockstation when it's ready.

This issue is no longer relevant. Slap the mappers with a fish if they release a map without all needed job spawns.
