Camera Network (Rockstation) #31

There isn't a doubt in my mind that the camera network on rock2 is horribly fractured. Behind sec and atmos, this was something I was reluctant to do. If anyone wants to volunteer to do this, pls

but assign yourself first so I know what's up

As of my recent push (commit 3c30261aada4661942a54cc320928f49322be99f) The AI satellite has been implemented, but there are some elements from the Engineering Outpost (A structure on a Z-Level in cyberiad that I'm not using) integrated into it. Given the location, does anyone think these sub-areas should have cameras in it, or should it not?
