Update & improve UI #5

Self explanatory.

The UI as a whole could use an overhaul. And the lag present in the UI needs to be fixed. Such as clicking on the pull button when you're pulling something and it takes a few seconds for it to update. Internals suffers similar problems. And then the standing/laying button...That functionality is just plain broken.

I like the way the user interface looks personally. Maybe if we could configure different sets for them, that would be nice. You don't start with a UI when you join the lobby. Keep the old but make a new and find a way to let the user pick whichever one they want. As for the lag on the updating UI, I'm not sure what that could be, something in the code no doubt. How's it in other server branches like TG and Bay12?

I agree with UI themes.

If I recall correctly, there is little to no interface lag in the other codebases.

So now we have a new not laggy interface. We also have selections from the old style, blue, midnight, and orange UI styles. I'd say this might be closed?
