Created frontend file/folder architecture #11

Added folders (source, components, tests, etc) to build a skeleton for frontend file architecture and to serve as a starting point to connect individual components/features. Added components for a few features as starting point (LikeDislikeComponent, Navbar Component, RestaurantCardComponent).
