Year Combo box is empty in Inquiry Window #10

Year combo box does not contains year list in Exchange Details of Inquiry Window. Steps to Reproduce the issue:

  1. Run the application
  2. Open new Inquiry entry window

Obtained: Empty year list in combo box of Inquiry window.

Expected: Default years in the combo box
