Page to display all the appointments which is assigned to employee. Note: Closed/Rejected appointments should not be displayed.

This task has been completed:

-Added required classes(Appointment, Status, AppointmentStatuses, Customer, Employee)and parsing -Added UI to view the appointments with refresh indicator.
