Use the debug conditional compilation to achieve the following

Fill the form with default value for friendlier insertion
Maintain session instead of each time login

Implemented this feature with default values, and fixed Expected and Quote Amount binding issue fixed. Commit Details: 6934952099411d65a19cbaa3e288e690ddc4e3c7
