Site::getNamespaceFromId returns with a ':' at the end #130

Why? This isn't how it should work. Whatever logic that is combining namespaces and titles should add the colon itself.

I think we need better handling of namespaces in general! ;p Including defining the preset namespaces in the framework

This is a bug from the last framework version.... (no longer relevant) We may address this when the framework gets to such a point again
