Setup Jenkins to run Integration tests #141

These tests require a webserver hence jenkins needs tto set one up.

This also splits the tests into /unit and /integration It also creates a new phpunit confing (one for each)

The path to the webserver hosting mediawiki for travis is localhost/wiki
