Commented Redirects #63

As in the Addbot Log Entry, Addbot seems to report commented out redirects and then reports the inability to fix them. While searching through the log, I happened to fix it after realising what Addbot was actually reporting.

Maybe the bot should do one of three things:

  1. Not report these cases.
  2. Not recognise commented out redirects.
  3. Remove these, Since I assume the comment lead Addbot to report (though not looked at the specific code that handles this yet)
