WikidataImport statistics should be independent of bot name #74

$stathat->stathat_ez_count( "Addbot - IW Removal - Articles Loaded", 1 );

This name for the stat should instead be defined in some config file.. Also therefor alter the stathat class to ignore requests that have an empty stat name.
