Add link to images below file view #1

RIght now in order for a user to get from an image to the file page they need to

Right click the image and get URL
Get the title from the end of the URL
Construct a commons URL / search for it

Ideally, they would just... click a link at the bottom...

This should be optional in the question data & display so that old questions don't need to be re rendered. Perhaps it makes sense to add it as links context? instead for reuse with the text one?
