(feature) Expand the accepted file types to all but binary #32

This PR updates the embedder and file uploader to handle all file types with the exception of a predefined list of files you might typically consider as binary / non-text. I believe this approach provides a simple, but flexible way for us to enable folks to try including many document and code formats that could potentially be processed okay.

Here's an example that processes a file from the repo.

@jakobhoeg By all means please feel free to improve on this or land if you feel its sufficient.
